Theft - Suspect caught on video surveillance entering fitting room with several pairs of panties, exiting with no merchandise. LP officer took this as a red flag. Suspect was approached and to back room LP office. Denial ensued, and LP officer was given no choice but to handle incident locally due to down phone lines.
